Note:
Water based cooling lubricants can
cause a bacterial contamination. These
sediments can plug up the openings and
gaps in the filter basket. Wear appropriate
protective gear during the removal.
Empty the container and filter basket.
Remove the sediments from the con-
tainer and the filter basket.
Dispose of the sediments, container
and filter basket contents according to
the applicable rules and regulations.
Empty the liquid container.
Empty the filter basket for solids.
Switch off the appliance using the On/
Off switch.
Dismantle the accessory and rinse it
with water and let dry if necessary.
Note:
Empty the vacuum cleaner after
each use and let it dry with the container
open.

Check the position of the proximity
switch (indicator lamp of a proximity
switch must be illuminated).
– Nozzle, suction hose or suction pipe
may be blocked.
Check, clean accessories.
– Filter is dirty.
Clean filter.
– Drain hose crushed or obstructed.
Check the drain hose and the valve and
clean them.
The indicator lamp glows when the contain-
er is full. If the indicator lamp glows when
the container is empty, there is a fault which
has to be fixed by the Kärcher customer
service.
