Switch off the plant. Fill up splitting powder up to
max. 2/3 of the dosing unit; restart the plant.

tis empty or dosing unit for sterilisa-
tion agent is empty (only for recy-
cling operations).
Switch off the plant. Top up liquid splitting agent
or sterilisation agent.

The short filling level probe in the
reaction tank gets triggered even if
the long probe in the reaction con-
tainer does not get triggered.
Switch off the plant. Empty the reaction tank,
clean the probes and then restart the plant. In-
form Customer Service if the short filling level
probe gets triggered again.

Contact problem in the reaction
tank (long filling level probe gets
triggered although the stirrer
shows "empty").
Switch off the plant. Clean the probes and then
restart the plant. Inform Customer Service if the

sumed by the high-pressure cleaner; otherwise
clean or replace the supply pump for high-pres-
sure cleaner.
