B. Operation

Fill metering container (4) with decontami-
nating agent W, RM 851 (undiluted)
n
Fill metering container (3) with a 5-10 %
solution of special separating agent RM
847 ASF, to do this:
– Pour 100-200 ml RM 847 ASF in the
mixing bottle supplied
– Shake thoroughly for 1 min.
– Pour the solution into metering contai-
ner (3)
n
Prepare filter and place in the filter unit (7),
to do this:
– push the 4 frame sections (a) in the
stitched over hem of the filter (b)
– Lock the pins (c) in the keyhole-shaped
punched holes (d)

– Lift up the cover of the filter unit and
put in the complete filter
n
Open fresh water supply tap to the high-
pressure cleaner
n
Plug in the unit plug
4. Operation

Important!
After the initial start up the system must
always be kept in operation, i.e.
– even at night and at weekends
– except during maintenance and repairs
The system automatically supplies the con-
nected high-pressure cleaner with recycled
water.
The cleaning procedure takes place accor-
ding to the operating instructions for the high-
pressure cleaner in the following sequence:
n
Clean the surface with or without cleaning
agent using recycled water
n
Rinse with fresh water by pressing the
illuminated button (b) for a certain adju-
stable time
5. Shutdown
After finishing each cleaning procedure:
n
switch off the high-pressure cleaner
n
HDR 555 remains in operation
When the HDR 555 is shut down:
n
Turn master switch (a) to "0"
n
In case of a lengthy stoppage or frost, the
system must be drained by opening the
stoppers.
