Î

Spray the detergent sparingly on the dry 
surface and allow it to react, but not to 
dry.

Î

Spray off loosened dirt with the high-
pressure jet.

Î

Release the lever on the trigger gun.

Note:

When the lever of the hand spray 

gun is released, the engine continues to 
run at zero speed. The water thus circu-
lates within the pump and gets heated. 
When the water has reached the maxi-
mum permissible temperature (60°C), 
the themostat valve opens and water 
flows out.

Î

Lock the lever on the trigger gun.

Î

Insert the trigger gun in its holder.

During longer breaks (more than 5 min-
utes), also turn off the motor. 

Î

Engine with manual throttle:

Move the throttle lever to the SLOW po-
sition. Allow the engine to idle for a few 
seconds, then move the throttle lever to 
the STOP position.

Engine with fixed throttle:

Move the engine stop switch to the OFF 
position.

Release trigger and engage gun safety 
lock.

Caution

Only separate the high-pressure hose from 
the trigger gun or the appliance while there 
is no pressure in the system.

Î

After working with detergent, suspend 
detergent suction hose in a container 
filled with clear water, switch the appli-
ance on for around 1 minute once the 
spray lance has been removed and 
rinse until water runs clear.

Î

Release the lever on the trigger gun.

Engine with manual throttle:

Move the throttle lever to the SLOW po-
sition. Allow the engine to idle for a few 
seconds, then move the throttle lever to 
the STOP position.

Engine with fixed throttle:

Move the engine stop switch to the OFF 
position.

Turn off the water source.

Î

Press the lever on the trigger gun to re-
lease any remaining pressure in the 
system.

Î

Detach the appliance from the water 
supply.

Î

Lock the lever on the trigger gun.

Î

Insert the trigger gun in its holder.

Î

Suspend the high-pressure hose into its 
holder.

Caution

In order to prevent accidents or injuries, 
keep in mind the weight of the appliance 
during transport (see Specifications).

Warning

Fuel vapors or spilled fuel are flammable. 
Keep the appliance horizontal during trans-
port to avoid spilling fuel.
