13 - FILTER CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT
25. Filters need to be cleaned or replaced from time to time. The HEPA filter can be cleaned
with the Filter Cleaning System. (See #13) Eventually filters will need to be washed or
become worn and need to be replaced. To clean or replace the HEPA or foam filter:
a. Turn switch off (0) and unplug power cord from the electrical outlet.
b. Remove hose from suction inlet or blower outlet.
c. Remove head from the tank by pulling gently on the clamps on the vacuum head,
turn the head upside down and place on top of the tank.
d. See Figure 10. Remove cover plate and fasteners (B,C,D).
e. Remove the HEPA filter (A) or foam filter (E).
f. Insert a new filter. For HEPA, use only model F-HE to insure that you have a
genuine HEPA filter. Replace the foam filter with model F-S1.
g. Reattach cover plate and fasteners (B,C,D).

Attach head to the tank, ensuring they are securely clamped together.
