no accessories are missing and that none of
the package contents have been damaged. If
you detect any transport damages please
contact your dealer.

When delivered, the brush crank is attached
by a corrugated cardboard piece. Please re-
move this cardboard prior to using the appli-
ance.

Turn the appliance around and pull the
cardboard out.
Î
Insert the brush roller and ensure that it
sits properly.

While assembling it, make sure that the strut
parts lock into each other.
Î
Assemble both strut parts.
Î
Mount handle onto crank.
Î
Insert the entire strut with the locking but-
ton into the joint on the appliance.

The battery has not yet been inserted in the
appliance at the time of delivery. Please
charge and insert prior to appliance startup.
Î
Insert the charger delivered with the appli-
ance into a proper socket.
Î
Insert the charging device plug into the
charging connection on the removed bat-
tery.
Î
If the charging display is illuminated, the
charging process will start.
Note
: If the charging display is not illumi-
nated, the battery is still full and does not
need to be charged.
Î
The charging time for an empty battery is
approx. 3.5 hours.
Note
: Once the battery is fully charged,
the charging display will turn off.

We recommend unplugging the charging
plug and the charger after the charging
process is complete.
Î
Insert the battery into the intake until it
locks.
Î
Press the release on the bottom (groove)
and pull the battery out.

Switch on the appliance; press the on/off
foot switch to do so.
Î
Move the appliance forward and back-
ward to clean it.
Î
Use the right side for cleaning close to the
edge.
Note
: The appliance is equipped with a total
discharge protection, which will turn off the
appliance after approx. 25 minutes when the
battery becomes low. In such a case you
would need to fully charge the battery.
