WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. The product is under TWO YEARS warranty coverage starting from the date of delivery.
2. The product, including its all parts and components, is our Company’s warranty.
3. In case a failure occurs on the product during the warranty period, the time spent for repaid is added
to the warranty period. Repair time for the product cannot exceed 20 business days, starting when the
failureis notified to the technical service or to the seller, dealer, importer or manufacturer if there is no
technical service. In case an industrial product failure is not eliminated in 10 business days, the
importer of the exporter is obliged to make available another industrial product with comparable
properties for the use of the consumer.
4. In case a failure occurs on the product during the warranty period because of a material,
workmanship or manufacturing defect, the product is repaired without demanding any workmanship
or spare parts cost, or any other fee under any title.
5. The product is replaced with a new one free of charge in case,
- the number of the failures that occur is four or higher in a year, or sixor higher within the warranty
period specified by the manufacturer and/or importer, provided that such failures make the product
constantly unavailable, or
- the maximum allowable repair time is exceeded, or
- there is no technical service station and it is specified in a report issued by the seller, dealer, agency,
exporter or importer (in order of availability) that the failure is impossible to be repaired.
6. Any failure resulting from the use of the product in breach of the principles specified in the user’s
manual is out of warranty coverage.
7. Any workmanship or other similar fee cannot be demanded from the consumer for periodical
maintenance services that are stipulated by the manufacturer or the importer and required to be
performed by technical service station during the warranty period.
8. Any problem that may arise in relation to the warranty certificate can be referred to the Ministry of
Industry and Trade, General Directorate of Protection of Competition.
9. The use of this document has been authorized by the “GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF CONSUMER
PROTECTION AND MARKET SURVEILLANCE OF THE MINISTRY OF CUSTOMS AND TRADE”, based
on the Consumer Protection Law number 4077 and the Communique on the Warranty Certificates
Implementation Principles that was put into force under the said Law.
POINTS TO CONSIDERED BY THE CONSUMER REGARDING PRODUCT WARRANTY
This warranty, issued by KARACA ZÜCCACİYE TİC. VE SAN. A.Ş. ,is invalid in the following conditions:
1. Damages and failures that occur during loading, unloading or transportation after the product’s
delivery to the consumer.
2. Damages and failures that occur because of excessively high or low voltage, improper electric wiring
or exposure to voltage different from the value specified on the product label.
3. Damages and failures that occur because of fire or stroke of lightning.
4. Damages and failures that occur because of the use of the product in breach of the principles
specified in the user’s manual.
Repair works for the failures defined above canbe performed for a fee. Transportation of the product
to the place of use and its installation are not included in the product price.
This Warranty Certificates becomes invalid if it is falsified, or the original serial number on the product
is removed or distorted
