to be defective within 90 days after the product is delivered� In no event shall
Kappler be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, whether

or the sale thereof�
Purchaser and all users are responsible for inspection and proper care of this
product as described in this care and use manual and are responsible for all
loss or damages from use or handling which results from conditions beyond the
control of the manufacturer�
