Kanomax product is delivered after strict inspection on the basis of kanomax quality assurance
system. Please contact the distributor or nearby business office and service center in the event
of malfunction due to defective workmanship or accident in transport.

The product has a service registration card attached, which is to be sent back after filling in the
required items.

Full maintenance service may not be provided if the registration card is not sent back.

The warranty period of the product is one year beginning on the date of purchase. In this period
trouble is repaired free of charge except for those due to improper operation, unauthorized
modification or alteration by user as well as natural disaster.

Retention period of parts for repair
After suspension of production, parts for repair are retained for five years at least. Therefore
the retention period is for repair. For details, please contact the service center of our Company.
