Store your trampoline, taking care to protect the jumping mat. The frame pad should not press against the metal structure, since this could damage
the foam or puncture the PVC coating.

Provided that the conditions of use are respected, and excluding any warranty imposed under current regulation, the trampolines are guaranteed against any
defect in materials or construction in mainland France. This warranty applies according to the following table from the date of purchase, invoice or sales receipt
acting as proof of purchase. It is limited to repair and/or replacement of defective parts only.
For any after-sale requests regarding your trampoline or its components, please contact the After-Sales service (address below).
After examining your request, the After-Sale service will decide, at its sole discretion, whether the trampoline is defective or not.
This warranty does not cover damage or loss due to:

Damage resulting from weather conditions (wind, snow, frost, etc.) such as rust or fading.
•
Unsuitable assembling or dismantling when erecting or storing the trampoline
•
Incorrect use, negligence or unsuitable use of the trampoline or its components and failure to respect the assembling instructions.

The reseller, distributor or agent is not allowed to extend warranty period or to grant different warranty conditions. Only the above conditions are to be applied.
