WARRANTY POLICY

1.4.
The damage caused by manufacturing errors.
1.5.
The damage doesn’t belong to disclaimer section.
1.6. Product is still in warranty period according to the warranty period indicated
on the warranty card accompanying the product.
1.7. Model (Model), serial number (Serial No) listed in the warranty card coincides
with the information on the product.

Refuse warranty
(
Products that fall under one of the conditions below will not be covered by a
free warranty and repaired with a fee)
2.1.Product warranty expires.
2.2.
Products are not manufactured, assembled, distributed or traded by
Vietnam Australia Refrigeration Electrical Group Joint Stock Company.
2.3.
The product is not intended for household use.
2.4.
Products on the list of liquidation and promotion.
2.5.
The product's sealing tape is no longer intact, the serial number of the
product is blurred or loses characters.
2.6.
The product has been repaired at the place which is not under the warranty
system of Kangaroo or is not by technician authorized by Kangaroo.
2.7.
The product is damaged due to wrong installation, maintenance in
accordance with the product's user manual.
2.8.The product is damaged due to causes, such as natural disasters, floods,
lightning strikes, fires, transportation, installation, rust, breakage, natural wear,
etc.

Warranty conditions
1.1.
The warranty period is calculated from the date of production plus 6 months
of storage or calculated from the date of purchase based on VAT invoices issued
by the Ministry of Finance or invoices issued by the Ministry of Finance whichever
comes first.
1.2.
Genuine products of Vietnam Australia Refrigeration Electrical Group Joint
Stock Company.
1.3.
Sealing stamps (broken stamps) are intact and not torn.
