FAULTS AND TROUBLESHOOTING
Error
CAUSE
TROUBLESHOOTING
Failure to start
2. Low voltage
3. Motor shaft is jammed
1. The power supply to the pump
is disconnected
2. Adjust the source of voltage
1. Re-supply the power
is
disconnected
3. Use the tool to spin the motor
shaft to draw water in the rear of
the pump.
Reduced
priming water
The pump chamber is open,
cracked or punctured
Luppe is untight
Suction pipe is untight
Replace the Felt washer
Replace pump chamber
Check and fix the suction
Clean or replace luppe
Low water
flow
Pushing and suction tubes are
broken
Luppe, impeller is clogged
Impeller is worn
Pushing tube is too long, too
high
Replace impeller
Adjust the pushing pipe to match
the capacity of the pump
Hygiene, remove obstructing
obstructions
Fix broken or folded positions
The power
supply to the
pump is
disconnected
Motor shaft is jammed
The capacitor is broken
The power supply to the pump
is disconnected
Check and re-supply power source
Hygiene, remove obstructing
obstructions
Replace capacitor
For pumps
Motor fire
Long-term use under low
voltage conditions
Water leaks into the motor
Impeller is jammed
The pump must push water too
high, too long
Adjust the pushing pipe to match
Adjust the voltage, ensure the
voltage 220VAC / 50Hz.
Remove the cause of the jam
Remove water leaking into the
motor
• Install the luppe at least 30 cm away from the bottom of the water supply to prevent
the suction of dirt. Do not install the luppe higher than the surface of the water.
• Use an electric float, so that the pump operate automatically.
• Securely fix the sewage discharge pipe to avoid water leakage to the motor causing
damage, electrical leakage.
• Check for air tightness to ensure no air is coming in.
• Put the pump in a stable position, do not put the pump on the water, do not let the
motor of the pump in direct contact with the water.
• Inspect overall pumps, identify the damage during transport, storage (if any).
• Use a rigid tube to connect the pump connector to the suction nozzle of the pump, do
not use soft tube to avoid folding.
NOTES BEFORE INSTALLING
