Garment steamer does not
heat up
• Check the power plug is inserted correctly
into the power outlet.
• Check the power supply is working.
Garment steamer is not
producing steam
• Check the water level is sufficient.
• Ensure the water tank is connected properly
to the steamer body.
• Ensure the garment steamer has had
enough time to preheat.
• Press the steam trigger more firmly.
• Ensure the steamer is being held in an
upright position.
Water spills from the water tank
• Ensure the water level does not exceed the
MAX level marked.
• Ensure the water tank inlet cover is closed
properly.
• Ensure the steamer is being held in an
upright position.
Garment steamer is producing a
loud humming or pumping noise
• Check the water level; if it is low, refill the
tank to the MAX level.
• Check the water tank is fully clicked into
place.
Garment steamer is not removing
creases easily
• Hold the steamer in an upright position and
stretch the fabric downward. Move slowly
across the fabric and focus on the major
creases.
Unsure when to use the fabric
brush
• Use fabric brush when steaming delicate
fabrics to reduce the risk of water dripping
onto the garment while steaming.
• Use fabric brush when steamer is in direct
contact with fabric.

accessories on garment to be

• Do not use garment steamer directly over
metal.
• Use caution and steam around metal
