To Operate Your Kambrook

Steam Station

•  Remove the water tank from the

steam station base by grasping

the handle at the front of the

water tank and pulling forward

until the tank clears the base.

Pull upwards on the anti-scale

filter cartridge fitted to the top

of the water tank to remove.

•  Fill the water tank with normal tap

water; do not exceed the MAX

water level marking on the tank.

NOTE:

 Your steam station

is designed to work with

untreated tap water.

•  Fit the anti-scale filter cartridge

back into place and slide the

water tank into the base of the

steam station making sure that

it is properly fitted.

•  Plug the power cord into a 230V

or 240V power point and switch

on. The Power Indicator Light at

the back of the steam station

base will illuminate.

•  Turn the Thermostat Control

located on the iron to the desired

temperature or in accordance

with the Textile Labelling Code;

wait for the non-stick soleplate

to heat up. When it reaches the

correct temperature, the Iron

Thermostat Light will go out,

then cycle on and off as the

thermostat operates to maintain

the temperature.

NOTE:

 Always place your iron

with the non-stick soleplate

sitting correctly on the Iron Rest

provided. The Iron Rest is fitted

with non-slip inserts and has

been designed to withstand

high temperatures.

wARNINg:

 The soleplate

of the iron must be

placed on the Iron

Rest correctly to avoid

damaging the Steam

Station Base. Do not sit

the soleplate too forward

on the Iron Rest so it sits

over the edge of the Iron

Rest; ensure the soleplate

is sitting correctly on the

non-slip inserts only.

IMPORTANT:

 Do not

use tumble dryer

condensate, scented

water softened water

refrigerator condensate,

battery water, air

conditioner condensate,

distilled water or

rainwater as they contain

organic waste or mineral

components that are

concentrated by heat

and cause spitting,

brown staining

or premature aging of

your appliance.
