COMMISSIONING / ASSEMBLING
Initial operation:
Remove the four marked safety screws on the bottom of the device.
Before using:
Ensure that voltage and frequency of the device information on the back (above electricity connection),
complies with the power supply.
The unit must be equipped with an overcurrent protection (min. 16 A, execution B), which correspond
to the power (see CEI EN 60204-1).
Ensure that the electricity connection is properly connected and joined to a grounding system.
Only qualifed persons may carry out the electrical connection of the PlastoFused-Unit with mains sup-
plies in compliance with applicable regulations.
Commissioning:
Put the drvice only on flat surfaces. Ensure that the power switch on the backside set to position “0“.
Connect the power cable to a shockproved socket (criteria: See below).
Set the power switch on the backside to position “I“. Now set the stand-by switch on the right part of
the control-unit to position “I“. The LED inside the power switch lights up. The PlastoFused-Unit starts
the air-pump and the heating-process. Set the temperature unit with the button „°C/°F“.
In the upper half oft the display you see the actual temperature and in the lower section of the display
you see the target-temperatur.
Messages on the display:
“HEAT ON“
The unit is heating up
“WAIT“
Difference between actual and target-temperature is more than 10 °C (50 °F)
UP/DOWN“

SWITCH OFF THE DEVICE
After finishing the repair work, switch off the heater switch (Stand-by switch at the front side) “0“ (off).
The ventilation boots to maximum to cool down the heating unit. PlastoFused switched off automati-
cally after approximately one minute. Now switch off the power at the rear side of the unit. Lay down
the handle to the holding device on the side of your device.
