Terms of warranty
Equipment used in accordance with the instruction manual should work properly.
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After finding a fault,
please contact a qualified service center or directly with the seller. The condition for
considering the complaint is a sealed warranty card and proof of purchase of the
device. If we meet all warranty conditions, the complaint is accepted for
consideration.
1. The deadline for considering complaints is 14 business days.
2. The cost of delivery and receipt of the advertised goods is borne by the owner of
the goods.
The warranty does not cover:
1.
Exchange of consumable parts and consumables.
2.
Activities covered by the instructions for use,
which the user is obliged to do.
3.
Mechanical damage caused by improper use.
4.
Damage caused by external factors.
Loss of warranty occurs when:
1. We do not follow the rules of use contained in the instructions.
2. We use the device in places not intended for it.
3. We use not the right consumable.
4. We interfere in the construction of the device.

All factory defects are subject to warranty. They are not subject to a warranty of
damage caused by improper use and improper operation.
