Bag
Use the included belt bag to protect the Distance Meter when not
in use.
Errors
A faulty measurement or result is indicated by the display "InFo
nnn" [3, 4] and a long signal tone. Possible causes may be:

Reduce the inclination about the
longitudinal axis
204 Data overflow
Repeat the work steps.
205 Measurement outside
the range
Adhere to the permissible measure-
ment range of the Distance Meter.
206 Logical error
An arithmetic operation is not possi-
ble. For example, you are attempting
to add values that have different units
of measurement.
252 Temperature
is too high
Allow the Distance Meter to cool
down. Operate the Distance Meter
only within the permissible tempera-
ture range.
253 Temperature
is too low
Take the Distance Meter to an envi-
ronment that has a higher tempera-
ture and allow it to warm up. Operate
the Distance Meter only within the
permissible temperature range.
255 Received signal too
weak
Avoid surfaces that do not reflect well
or not at all. Look for a measuring
point with stronger reflection.
256 Received signal too
strong
Avoid highly reflective or shiny surfac-
es. Look for a measuring point with
less reflection.
