Boiler temperature calibration
This function is used to calibrate the temperature and match the temperature
displayed on the display to the actual temperature of the boiler when read from a
thermometer placed in the water tank.

buttons to change the reading on the display to the actual water
temperature; this should be carried out 10 minutes after the heater elements have
turned off, to allow for convection currents in the tank to settle down.
Resetting dispense counters
This function is used to clear the selection counters.
