VI. TESTS OF ADR CERTIFIED TANKS
Tanks ADR certified, require periodic tests . The validity period of tests and certificate is five years . The method of
testing is governed the ADR regulations .
The responsibilities of the owner are:
• The owner is responsible to order the performance of periodic tests of the fuel tank to a competent authority.
• Supervision of the device – periodic inspections and audits .
• Performance of periodic inspection according to the schedule, and preparing the relevant reports . Reports should
be kept as long as the device will be in service .
• Providing the servicing staff with an access to service manuals and training .
• Providing the necessary documentation to the new Owner at the resale .

The data of the last leak test and condition inspection performed by Supervision Unit should be permanently affixed
to the tank . Stamp the month and year, for example, “03/12” in the corresponding line of the nameplate . In addi-
tion, the report must be drawn from the test . The owner has the obligation to keep the reports through the whole
service life of the fuel tank . When selling the tank the reports must be enclosed.
In case of an unsatisfactory test result the TT425/600 tank needs to be repaired under the order of the authorized
manufacturer .
Each fuel tank must be accompanied by at least the following information:
• Manufacturer identification
• Current owner name
• Serial number of the tank TT425/600
• Result of the first approval test and possibly leak testing
• Inspection report, which must be done every 2 ½ and 5 years
• Damage and repair report
VII. DISPOSAL
After use, the device should be disposed of in accordance with the European Directive 2002/96/EC . It is recom-
mended to order the equipment disposal to a specialized company .
