Thermocouple Input Mode
A thermocouple consists of two different conductors that produce a
voltage proportional to a temperature difference between either end of
the pair of conductors. The USB-62401 uses 78.125mV input range to
acquire the thermocouple signal, and provides a precision built-in digital
temperature sensor for cold junction compensation (CJC). CJC reading is
available by software API with data in °C. The CJC is in the USB-62401
module.
NOTE:
NOTE:
The CJC temperature sensor is housed in the USB-62401 and
requires 15 minutes’ warmup to stabilize.
