Security settings dialog box appears.
Confirm your setting on the area of “Download signed ActiveX controls”.
<Disable>
It is impossible to install CODEC if you check this choice.
<Enable>
It is possible to install CODEC without the prompt dialog box.
<Prompts>
The prompt dialog box appears before install CODEC and install it if you proceed to
install.
Choose <Enable> or <Prompt> to install CODEC completely.
(<Prompt> is recommended in security respect.)
Click [OK] and try to install CODEC again if you change the security setting.

2-5. Setting a proxy server
You need to specify a proxy server to receive the image from KA-DV300U NETWORK PACK.
Click the right button of the mouse pointing InternetExplorer icon and choose [Properties] from the menu as
the same way of confirming the security setting.
Click [Connections] tag to open the setting dialog for LAN.
Click [LAN Settings...] button to open [Local Area Network (LAN) Settings] dialog box.
In case of connecting PC ; Streamproducer with one KA-DV300U NETWORK PACK directly.
Remove the check mark on the [Use a proxy server] box.
In case of using local area network.
Check on the [Use a proxy server] box and type the address of the proxy server.
Check on the [Bypass proxy server for local addresses] box and click [Advanced...] button to open
[Proxy Settings] dialog box.
Type the IP address of the DV CAMCORDER in the blank of [Do not use proxy for addresses beginning with:].
Click [OK] button after your proxy settings.
