Troubleshooting
Thermal Shut Off
During prolonged operation or in harsh
elevated temperature environments, the unit
may automatically turn off to avoid
overheating. If this occurs, allow the unit to
cool before continuing use.
Vignetting or Auto-focus Issues
with some MFT Lenses
Some MFT lenses exhibit vignetting either
always or at some zoom levels for variable
focal length lenses. However there is a
special firmware available on request that
eliminates the vignetting on some lens
models. In addition, some MFT lenses work
with the auto-focus feature of the ProCam
UHD but the auto-focus pulses or is not
smooth because the feature has not been
tuned for that particular lens yet. Please
contact AltaSens if there is a specific lens
you would like to use.
Auto-focus or Auto-exposure
Issues with some MFT Lenses
When you attach MFT lens which have AF
or AE functions, and the functions are do no
work, please try to control it by manual.
If these functions still do not work, please
check the MFT lens whether it can available
or not.
