You can view several different files stored in the
memory card at a time. This browsing capability
makes it easy to locate a particular file you want.

button twice to close the
information screen.
NOTE:
With images shot with other devices or processed
on a PC, “QUALITY: – – –” will be displayed.
A histogram is a graph
indicating the image’s
brightness. The horizontal
axis indicates the
brightness level (darker on
the left and brighter on the
right), while the vertical
axis indicates how many pixels exist for each
brightness level.
The more pixels there are in centre position, the
exposure is proper and the brightness is well-
balanced.
The more pixels there are toward the left, the
darker the image.
The more pixels there are toward the right, the
brighter the image.
By checking the image and its histogram, you
can see the exposure level pattern and the
overall tone reproduction condition.
To display the histogram
Press
INFO
twice while a still image is
displayed.
To turn off the histogram
Press
INFO
once.
NOTE:
The shutter speed, F-number and ISO sensitivity
(GAIN) are also displayed as recording information
with histogram. The shutter speed displayed during
shooting is an approximation. It may not match the
one displayed with histogram.
