■ Replacement of worn and/or damaged parts at no additional
charge.
■ Complete comprehensive coverage to protect your
investment even when accidents occur.
■ Loaner product option when an expedited repair is not
enough.
■ Priority support through a personal account specialist.

5.3 Repairs, Upgrades, and Evaluations
CAUTION: Do not attempt to repair the Mesa Pro yourself. This
action voids the warranty.
Information about repairs, upgrades, and evaluations is located
on our website at

in the Repairs section. You can locate a repair
center, submit a repair order, check repair status, view terms and
conditions, get shipping instructions, and view lead times.
Before returning a unit, please get permission by submitting a
repair order from our website and waiting for confirmation or by
contacting a repair center directly. Be prepared to provide the
following information:
■ The product serial number. This information can be located by
opening Device Settings or inside the battery compartment.
Note: Before opening the battery door and removing the battery,
see the proper procedure in
1.3.2 Charge and Install the Battery
■ Name and shipping address of company/university/agency.
■ Best contact method (phone, fax, email, cell/mobile).
