Set characteristic curve 1 for PzM batteries with capacities less than 180 Ah and
characteristic curve 5 above 180 Ah.
u Both characteristic curves 1 and 5 can be used for PzS 200-300 Ah wet-cell
batteries, whereby curve 5 results in faster charging.
u When the battery is connected, this allows you to adjust via the battery charger: If
the switch position is valid, the green LED flashes according to the position set; if
the switch position is invalid, the red LED flashes.
u If parameter 1388 is incorrectly set, the battery charger will be inhibited and the
battery will not charge. In this case, the charge indicator lights up red continuously.
