NOTE:
Wash the accessories before using for the first time
1.
Switch off the electric hand mixer (position 0) and unplug the power cord from the power
outlet before fitting any accessories.
2.
Fit the required accessory.
NOTE:
The dough hook with washer should be inserted in the
large fitting and the other dough hook in the small fitting. The dough hooks cannot be
inserted incorrectly. The whisks can be inserted in either fitting.
3.
Check that the speed control is switched off (position 0) and insert the plug in the power
outlet.
4.
There are five speed positions. Turn the speed control to the desired position to start
processing. At any time you can run the appliance at maximum speed by pressing the turbo
button.
WARNING:
Never put utensils in the bowl while the appliance is running.

For best results when working the dough, run at low speed first and then at high speed.

If necessary, scrape off any food from the whisks/dough hooks with a rubber or plastic
scraper.

When you have finished working, set the speed control in the off position (position 0) and
unplug the power cord.

Hold the accessory with one hand and press the release button with the other hand. Remove
the accessory.
9.
Never run the electric hand mixer for more than three minutes at a time. Allow it to cool for
20 minutes before using it again.
Tips to facilitate the use of the electric hand mixer
• Allow ingredients like butter and eggs reach room temperature before using.
• Do not overwork. Follow the instructions in the recipe. Run at low speed and just long enough to
mix the ingredients.
• The room temperature and temperature of the ingredients can affect the result.
• Start running at low speed and gradually increase to the speed given on the recipe.
