• Do not use the electric hand mixer if it is damaged or not working properly, or
if the power cord or plug are damaged.
• Do not allow the power cord to hang over the edge of a table or worktop, or to
come into contact with hot surfaces.
• Never immerse the power cord, plug or the electric hand mixer in water or any
other liquid – risk of electric shock.
• A damaged power cord must be replaced by an authorised service centre, or
other qualified personnel, to ensure safe use.
• Keep the electric hand mixer under careful supervision when it is used by, or
near children, or persons with functional disorders.
• Do not place the electric hand mixer on or near a hot stove or in a hot oven.
• Never release the accessories while the electric hand mixer is running.
• Never leave the electric hand mixer unattended when running.
• Unplug the power cord when the electric hand mixer is not in use, and before
changing accessories or cleaning.
• Do not use accessories other than those recommended or sold by the
manufacturer. The use of other accessories can result in fire, electric shock or
personal injury.
• Remove any accessories before cleaning.
• Check that the power switch is in the OFF position before plugging in the
power cord. In order to disconnect the power to the electric hand mixer, turn
the power switch to the off position and unplug the power cord.
• Avoid contact with moving parts.
• Keep your hair, clothing, hands, jewellery and other foreign objects away from
moving parts.
