• The battery reaches its full capacity only after several charging and discharging cycles.
• Only charge the battery with the intended charger.
• Protect yourself from electrocution and injury and the risk of fire by carefully
reading the charger's operating instructions before charging the battery.
• Do not leave the battery in the charger once it is fully charged.
Emissions (dust, noise)
• A high noise level can cause hearing impairment. Wear ear protection -
especially when working in closed rooms.
• Dust and splinters can cause eye injury. Wear safety glasses or glasses fitted
with safety glass.
• Dust constitutes a special danger. Avoid inhaling dust by wearing a suitable
protective mask.
• Always wear a helmet and protective shoes.
• Always wear flawless and tight safety clothing.
• Do not wear loose jewellery and wear a hairnet if you have long hair.
Other risks
• Even if the power tool is used properly, there is always some other risks that
cannot be excluded. The type and design of the power tool can give rise to the
following potential risks:
– Contact with unprotected parts of the saw blade (cut injuries).
– Contact with thrown parts of the saw blade in the event of breakage (cut
injuries).
– Kickback or thrown parts of the work piece (bruising).
– Impaired hearing if appropriate ear protection is not used for work
(hearing loss).
