KNEE JUMP
• Do a low basic jump.
• Land on your knees. Keep your back straight
and hold your balance with the help of your
arms.
• Jump back to a standing basic position by
swinging your arms up.
SITTING JUMP
• Do a basic jump and land sitting down.
• Place your hands on the mat at your hips.
• Press away with your hands to go back to a
standing basic position.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance checks, trampoline
• Check and if necessary tighten all screw unions.
• Check underneath the trampoline that all the springs are correctly and safely hooked into the frame
and the triangular rings.
• Lift and shake the trampoline and check that the frame is stable.
• Press down part of the bounce mat by resting the weight of your body on your hands against the mat.
Release and check that the mat is smooth.
• Check that the frame pad is undamaged and completely covers the springs and frame bar.
• Check that the frame pad strings are safely tied.
