Mesh visor
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read these instructions carefully before use!
Eye protection against high-speed particles that is worn over standard eye protection can transfer
the energy impact and pose a safety risk to the user.
Always check that the headband, the ear defenders and the visor are undamaged before use.
The visor must not come into contact with chemicals such as paint, solvents or adhesive.
The visor is made from materials that are not known for causing allergic reactions. However,
susceptible individuals may develop an allergy against these materials.
Deformed or damaged visors must be replaced.
The mesh visor is not designed to provide protection against radiant heat.

OPERATION
The mesh visor is designed to protect your face and eyes against foreign objects, yet at the same time
allows air to circulate around your face. It is lightweight, comfortable and also shatterproof. The visor does
not protect against fine dust, gas, ultraviolet light, melted metal, hot objects, electric shock or ionising
radiation.
Adjustment:
Place the upper strap over your head.
Turn the knob on the rear buckle to adjust to the correct size.
Turn the knobs on the side buckles to adjust to the correct size.
Fold down the visor.
Replace the visor:
Turn the visor’s holder so that it is positioned in line with the visor’s openings.
Disconnect the visor from the holders.
Fit the new visor.
Turn the holders so that they are located at an angle of 90
to the openings in the visor.
MAINTENANCE
The mesh visor only provides the intended protection when it is undamaged. The visor can be
cleaned with warm, soapy water.
The visor must not be stored in direct sunlight or near solvents. The ideal storage conditions are

C and 55% relative humidity.
Store the visor in a box so that it does not sustain damage during storage or transport. The visor
has an estimated life of 5 years, provided it is not damaged.
