SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the Operating Instructions carefully before use!
The grill must always be placed on a stable and flat surface.
The grill must never be moved when it is hot.
Never spray or wash the grill with flammable liquids when it is hot.
Keep children and pets away from the barbecue grill.
Only use the grill outdoors.
The grill must never be placed on a foundation of wood or other combustible materials.
ASSEMBLY
Assemble the barbecue grill as shown in the figure to the right and as described below.
1.
Assemble the handle (6) with two 1/4" screws and nuts.
2.
Fit the air vents (7) on the cover and the base (2). Use four 1/4" screws and nuts. The cover and
base must have two air vents each.
3.
Fit the legs (4) on the base. Use six 3/8" screws and nuts.
OPERATIONS
Lighting the BBQ
1.
Place the charcoal in the base and spray over a small amount of fire-lighting fluid to assist lighting.
2.
Use a barbecue lighter or fireplace matches to light the barbecue grill.
3.
When the charcoal starts to turn grey the barbecue grill is ready for cooking.
4.
Adjust the ventilation on the barbecue grill for efficient grilling.
5.
Allow the barbecue grill to cool before putting it out completely and cleaning.
6.
Check after barbecuing that the charcoal has been completely extinguished.
7.
Do not leave charcoal on the ground and do not allow it to come into contact with combustible
materials.
