SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the Operating Instructions carefully before use!
The person operating the pump must be familiar with these instructions.
For reasons of electrical safety, the pump must always be connected to a residual current device
with a tripping current o
f ≤ 30 mA.
Inspect the pump, especially the plug and cord, before use. Do not use the pump if it is damaged.
A damaged pump must be checked by a qualified electrician.
Electrical connections must be made in a dry area that cannot flood.
Keep the power cord and plug away from heat, oil and sharp edges.
Check that the mains voltage at the point of use corresponds to the rated voltage on the type plate.
Do not allow children to use the pump. Keep children away from the pump when it is plugged in.
Before first use: Clear the outlet pipe.
A damaged cord must be replaced by a qualified electrician or an authorised service
representative.
Always use a residual current device with a maximum tripping current of 30 mA.
Corrosive, flammable or explosive liquids (such as petrol, kerosene, thinners), grease, oil, brine or
waste water from toilets, must not be pumped.
The temperature of the pumped liquid must not exceed 35°C.
The pump may only be used for its intended purpose as specified by the manufacturer.
