WARRANTY
The thermostatic mixer is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The surface finish is
covered by a 1-year warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturing and design faults, provided that
installation, use and maintenance have been carried out according to instructions, good practice and
applicable regulations. The warranty is limited to the replacement of parts that the manufacturer finds to
be defective. The warranty does not cover labour costs, transport costs or compensation.
The warranty does not cover
Incorrect assembly, water pressure or temperature above the specified range, unsuitable water heating,
deficient maintenance, lime deposits, frost, poor water quality, accidents or impacts, service parts, the
use of abrasive or corrosive substances, damage to the surface finish during dismantling.
