ASSEMBLY
Start by fitting the base. We recommend that you place the parts on two trestles or a table. Follow the
instructions provided below.
Step 1
Fit the handle (A4) on the trailer
coupling (A3) with a M10x35 bolt, two
flat washers (one to bolt head, one to
nut) and one M10 lock nut.
Fit the trailer coupling (A3) on the inner
tube (A5) with two M12x120 bolts, four
flat washers (one to bolt head, one to
nut) and two M12 lock nuts.
Step 2
Fit the outer tube (A6) on the shaft (A7)
with four M12x75 bolts, eight flat
washers (one to bolt head, one to nut)
and four M12 lock nuts.
Step 3
Fit the inner tube (A5) on the outer
tube (A6) with two M12x80 bolts, four
flat washers (one to bolt head, one to
nut) and two M12 lock nuts.
