Results of Improper adjustment
1. Adjusting the looper thread trimmer solenoid
(1) Stroke of looper thread trimmer solenoid

is 17.5 ± 0.5 mm.
(2) When adjusting the stroke, loosen setscrew

of collar

and
move collar

to the right or left to adjust.
(3) After adjusting the stroke, loosen screw
from the lower side,
and move collar
to the left and right to adjust so that the
distance between rubber cushion
and UT base is 18 mm.
