(3) Adhesives application spots
• Needle clamp
After degreasing the threaded part of the needle clamp, apply “Loctite 242” to this section and set it in
the needle bar.
(Caution) There is a grease groove inside the spreader lon-
gitudinal metal (No. 22). When the spreader longi-
tudinal shaft (No. 18) is pulled out, fill this groove
section with JUKI Grease B.
