While needle is placed around the lower area, loosen a screw, but not the one
(d) which can be touched for adjustment.
Holding this position, adjust needle timing shuttle by turning hand wheel with
a tool inserted into the screw hole as illustrated below.

Check to see if the distance is correct as illustrated above.
Tighten two screws securely after adjustment.
