1) The state given in the figure shows
the appropr-
ate amount of ol (ol splashes). It s necessary
to finely adjust the amount of oil in accordance
wth the sewng processes. However, do not
excessvely ncrease/decrease the amount of ol
n the hook. (If the amount of ol s too small, the
hook wll be sezed (the hook wll be hot). If the
amount of ol s too much, the sewng product
may be staned wth ol.)
2) Adjust the amount of ol n the hook so that the
ol amount (ol splashes) should not change
whle checkng the ol amount three tmes (on
the three sheets of paper).
Use the specified needle for the machine. Use the
proper needle n accordance wth the thckness of
thread used and the knds of the materals.

the hghest pont of ts stroke.

(Caution) When polyester filament thread is used, if the indented part of the needle is tilted toward opera

tor's side, the loop of thread becomes unstable. as a result, hangnail of thread or thread breakage may
occur. For the thread that such phenomenon is likely to occur, it is effective to attach the needle with its
indented part slightly slanting on the rear side.
