4) Replacing the upper cover

①

Unhook the upper cover to release the lock of the upper cover.

②

Loosen the eccentric shaft setscrew to pull out the eccentric shaft, and replace

the upper cover with a new one.

③

Insert the eccentric shaft through the new upper cover, and then the eccentric

shaft into the feeder base.

④

Adjust the eccentricity of the eccentric shaft with a flat-blade screwdriver, and

fix the eccentric shaft setscrew. See the table below for the adjustment value

appropriate for each model.

Adjust the tightening torque for the eccentric shaft so that the upper cover can

close with its weight.

Set a tape on the tape feeder, and check the clearance between the tape and

the shutter.
