Faults
Help with faults:
Fault
Cause
Remedy
Water smells
unpleasantly
or has
become
discolored.
The under-sink
water filter has
not been used
over a longer
period.
For hygienic reasons you must let the water run for
approximately 10 minutes. If then condition does not
then improve the cartridge must be replaced.
Water flow
rate falls.
The cartridge is
clogged.
Replace the cartridge.
Premature cartridge replacement is necessary if the
water contains a large proportion of particles or in
case of large water consumption.

Leaks in the
under-sink
water filter.
Under-sink water
filter has been
exposed to higher
temperatures or
solvents.
Close the water shut-off valve and inform the fitter or
the nearest customer service center.
