Modifications / changes /
spare parts
ATTENTION
(see chapter “Safety information and dan-
gers due to non-compliance”)
Only original spare parts are to be used!
Independent modifications and changes are
prohibited for safety reasons! These can im-
pair the function of the Domestic Water sta-
tion, lead to lead and in extreme cases can
cause the Domestic Water station to burst.
The test marks imprinted on the unit are only
valid if original spare parts are used.
Changing the battery:
A patented switching technique prevents the
battery from discharging while the filter's
flushing valve is closed. As a result the bat-
tery has a service life lasting several years.
A required battery change is indicated by si-
multaneous flashing of the red and green
LEDs.
–
Disconnect the power supply unit from
the plug.
–
Remove the automatic controls by
pressing on the side and pulling off.
–
Release the battery from the connection
clip of the connection lead behind the
electric circuit.
–
Replace the battery and insert in the
connection clip.
–
Insert the power supply unit into the
plug.
–
The electric circuit immediately performs
a battery test. If successful, cleaning is
started automatically.
–
Used batteries are to be returned to a
distributor or to one of the returning fa-
cilities, established to this purpose by
the public recycling entities.
5.7.1 Connecting an isolated fault
message
The isolated output of the electric circuit can
be used for remote transfer of the Domestic
Water station fault messages. Not the maxi-
mum switching current and switching volt-
age (see chapter “Isolated outpost”).
In this figure Fig. 12) the contacts of the iso-
lated relay are labelled in their de-energised
condition.
