•  Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or

•  Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids such as gasoline or use in areas where they may be present.

•  Check that the voltage indicated on the data plate corresponds with that of the local network before connecting the appliance 

to the main power supply.

•  Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquids

•  It is imperative to unplug the power cord after the appliance has been used, before it is cleaned and while being repaired.

•  Close supervision is required when using this product near children.

•  An appliance that is plugged into an outlet should not be left unattended while in operation.

•  A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.

  

Longer detachable power supply cords or extension cords can be used if care is exercised in their use. If a long, detachable 

power-supply cord or extension cord is used: 1) the marked electrical rating of the detachable power-supply cord or extension 

cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance. 2) If the appliance is of the grounded type, the extension 

cord should be a grounding type 3-wire cord. And 3) the longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the counter 

top or table top where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over.

•  The marked electrical rating of an extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance.

•  This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of shock, this plug is intended to be 

plugged into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, 

contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
