6.2 Firmware upgrade

App version upgrade
In order to optimize features and user experience, the App will periodically
release new versions for your use. Enter the App-System Management-Version Update
page, and click the "Upgrade" button directly. If the button is gray, it means
that it is the latest version.
Troubleshooting
7.1 Troubleshooting
i. My print is scratched
-Do not move your finger left or right or up or down during printing
-Put your finger on the finger holder, please do not bend, just put it straight
-Make sure that the finger holder is free of foreign objects that may cause the finger
to tilt up
ii. My print is not clear
-Refer to Chapter 3.6.1 and Chapter 3.6.2 for ink cartridge maintenance
-Put your finger on the finger holder and don't press down. Put it lightly on the
finger holder and let the finger holder spring up to position it.
