Remove the basket (G) with a pull of the
handle (H).
Retrieve the cooked food and put away
the fryer components, paying attention to
the high temperatures that are maintained
by the latter.
Tip:
to make frying more crunchy and ta
stier, brush superficially or sprinkle a drop
of oil on the food to be cooked before star
ting cooking.
N.B.:
you can also use the air cooking sy
stem to reheat ingredients. To reheat in
gredients, set the temperature to 150 ° C
for a maximum of 10 minutes.
N.B.:
if you want to prepare different ingre
dients at the same time, be sure to check
the cooking times and temperature requi
red for the various foods before cooking
them simultaneously.
French fries and chicken legs, for example,
can be prepared at the same time because
they require the same settings.
Note:
at the first use, fumes may form, this
is due to the protective food processing re
sidues on the internal resistances: this will
disappear with subsequent uses.
