Commissioning of the appliance
Always operate with the plug disconnected
from the socket and with the speed selec-
tor (H) set to OFF.
Place the appliance on a stable, dry and
heat-resistant surface.
Press the button (I) to raise the upper part
(L) of the appliance.
Position the splash guard (F) on the bowl
(E), place the bowl (E) in its housing and
turn it clockwise according to the indica-
tion marked on the base of the appliance
until it locks.
Match the slot of the chosen accessory (B
or C or D) with the pin of the pin (A), push
and rotate until the accessory is securely
locked with the bayonet coupling.
Put the food to be treated in the bowl (E)
according to the quantities and methods
indicated in the respective recipes.
Press the button (I) to lower the upper part
of the appliance.
With the speed selector (H) still in the OFF
position, insert the plug into an electrical
socket suitable for receiving it.
Turn the selector (H) to the desired speed
always starting with low speeds and incre-
ase the speed only after the ingredients
have mixed.
Attention: with particularly heavy proces-
ses do not use continuously for more than
3 minutes, if the processing is not com-
pleted let it cool for about 6 minutes and
then continue with the processing.
When finished, turn the speed selector (H)
to OFF to switch off the appliance and di-
sconnect the plug from the electrical so-
cket.
Press the button (I) to raise the upper part
of the appliance, release the bowl (E) by
turning it anticlockwise and remove it.
Recover the processed foods with the aid
of a soft spatula.
If you do not have to carry out other pro-
cesses, clean the components used and
store the appliance
Cleaning
For cleaning the appliance, pay attention
to the following points.
Remove the plug from the socket and let
the appliance cool down before cleaning
it.
Do not immerse the appliance’s motor
unit in water.
Make sure that no water enters the ap-
pliance.
Clean the motor unit by wiping it with a
damp cloth. If the appliance is very dirty,
use a small amount of detergent.
To clean the appliance, do not use abrasi-
ve cloths, metal sponges, solvents or po-
werful detergents as they could damage
the external surfaces of the appliance.
CLEANING ACCESSORIES: BOWL AND WIRE
WHISK CAN BE WASHED IN THE DISHWA-
SHER. HOOK FOR MIXTURES AND FLAT
WHIP MUST BE WASHED STRICTLY BY
HAND WITH A DELICATE DETERGENT.
Be careful not to touch the sharp parts du-
ring use and cleaning.
IMPORTANT! Before reusing the appliance
after cleaning, allow it to dry completely.
