Insert the plug (R) into the socket.
Set the thermostat (D) and timer (C), according to the instructions in the recipe or in the
quick reference table.
The indicators (E) and (F) light up and the appliance begins to heat up while its interior
lights up.
ATTENTION: to correctly hook the handle (B) in its seat, press the button (B1)
The heating, its indicator (F) and the internal lighting turn off when the required tempe
rature is reached, but on the action of the thermostat, they are reactivated if necessary
to keep it constant for the entire set time.
An acoustic signal warns that the set time has been reached.
In the meantime, the timer knob returns to the Off position.
Disconnect the plug from the electrical outlet, remove the lid (A) handling it with care
because it is very hot and place it on a stable and heatresistant surface and recover the
cooked food or the object used for cooking.
ATTENTION: the temperatures inside the halogen oven are high: use protective gloves
or special pliers.
If during the cooking phase the handle (B) is lifted, the heating and ventilation are auto
matically interrupted and the indicators (E), (F) and the internal lighting go out.
If during cooking, the lid (A) is removed even temporarily, as it is very hot, handle it
carefully and if it should be placed on it, choose a stable and heatresistant surface.
Replacing the cover (A) and lowering the handle (B), after having pressed the button (B1)
to hook it correctly in its seat the ignition is reactivated until the set time has elapsed.
If you need to expand the internal capacity from 12 L to 17 L, use the additional ring
(S), placing it over the glass bowl (H) taking care to fit it into the seat of the upper edge
of the same.
Complete the operation by placing the lid of the appliance with fan and heating element
(A) over the additional ring (S).

How to cook
Put the food in a pan or in an ovenproof dish and make sure that the tool used enters
the halogen oven. Place it on the chosen wire rack and start cooking.
N.B .: any plate or tray suitable for use in the oven is fine, even those made of metal,
silicone and pyrex.
If you do not have one of these objects, you can adapt aluminum foil as a container,
taking care to size it so that once placed inside the oven it allows adequate circulation
of hot air around the food.
ATTENTION: the appliance has 2 gratings, one high (N) and one low (M).
Use the low one (M) for cooking, roasting, defrosting, steaming and reheating food (and
for most uses).
Use the high one (N) for grilling, toasting or browning food.
How to roast
Place the meat directly on the wire rack (M).
Please note that the cooking time can vary greatly depending on the size of the piece of
meat and the desired degree of cooking.
