REPLACEMENT OF THE HEPA FILTER H13
WITH ACTIVATED CARBONS (Q)
After a season of continuous use it is re
commended to replace the HEPA H13 filter
with ACTIVATED CARBON.
Remove the grid with holes (D) by lowe
ring the 2 retaining hooks (D1).
Remove the mesh filter (Q1) and remo
ve the HEPA H13 filter with ACTIVATED
CARBON (Q) by taking the special tab and
replace it with a new one (the tab must
always be facing the outside of the device
when putting the new filter back on) .
After cleaning the mesh filter (Q1) with a
soft bristle brush (you can also wash it ma
king sure to dry it well) put it back in its
seat and reposition the grid with holes (D)
by snapping the 2 sealing hooks (D1) .

Avoid handling the used filter if you suffer
from allergies or asthma.
Wear gloves when replacing the filter or
wash your hands thoroughly afterwards.
Put the used filter directly into a bag and
close it before throwing it away to prevent
the spread of pollutants.
INFORMATION ABOUT FILTERS
The exclusive air purification system is
characterized by a combined action of 3
different levels, each with a specific fun
ction, to always guarantee effective pro
tection against polluting particles in the

The mesh filter (first filtration level) inter
cepts larger particles such as: dust, pet
hair and hair.
The HEPA H13 filter (second filtration le
vel) intercepts and blocks invisible mi
croscopic particles by removing allergens
such as: pollen, bacteria and very small
dust grains.
The ACTIVATED CARBON filter (third fil
tration level) absorbs polluting gases such
as: unpleasant odors, cigarette smoke and
combustion fumes.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Turn off the appliance completely and di
sconnect the power cord plug from the
electrical outlet before starting the clea
ning operations.
Do not use water for cleaning; any infiltra
tion of water inside the appliance can cau
se malfunctions or cause short circuits.
Do not use any type of solvent to clean:
use only a dry or slightly damp cloth to
clean the plastic structure of the applian
ce; use a brush or a soft bristle brush to
remove any accumulation of dust in the air
flow outlet slots and in the air inlet holes.
Frequently carry out the cleaning opera
tions indicated in order to prevent exces
sive accumulation of dust that can reduce
the efficiency of the appliance and cause
malfunctions.
If the appliance is not to be used for a pro
longed period of time, carry out the clea
ning operations and store it in a safe, dry,
moisturefree and dustfree place.
