Setup and Adjustments
Determining the FC Bus Address
The FC Bus address switch sets a unique address for this controller on the FC Bus. You must set the FEC’s device
address for your field bus application.
Set consecutive device addresses 4 through 127 for Field Equipment Controllers and other master devices on the
FC Bus. Use sequential addressing with no gaps in the device address range to ensure best FC Bus performance.

Switch 128 on the device address DIP switch block should be set to
Off
