HOW TO ORDER
Please place your orders through your local JobSite sales representative and
please have your JobSite customer number available.
TERMS OF SALE
JobSite Systems products are sold by Niles Audio Corporation and all checks
should be made out to Niles Audio Corporation. JobSite Systems offers generous
prompt payment and volume incentive discounts on approved credit. Please
refer to your JobSite Wholesale Distributor Program sheet for details. Most
incentives are based upon timely payment of open invoices. Receipt of payment
at JobSite Systems is the determining factor of payment date. JobSite Systems
reserves the right to charge a 1.5% per month (18% per year) service charge and
to deny volume incentives on overdue invoices and to revert to C.O.D. if invoice
goes 60 days past due. We are sorry, but we cannot ship on open account to
customers with outstanding invoices. There will be a $50 charge for all returned
checks (NSF, etc.).
FREIGHT
Prepaid Ground freight on purchases greater than $500. If expedited freight
is requested on purchases greater than $500, Wholesale Distributor pays the
difference between ground freight and the actual freight charges.
WARRANTY
All JobSite Systems products are built tough with reliability as a primary
component. For details, please refer to the warranty statement included
with each product.
STOCK ADJUSTMENTS
We are pleased to offer stock adjustments under the following conditions:
Merchandise eligible for stock adjustment is current, factory sealed and in
resalable condition. If the return is accompanied by an offsetting purchase order
that is greater than two times the value of the returned merchandise, there will
be no restocking fee. If the return is not accompanied by an offsetting purchase
order, the return will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
SERVICE AND RETURNS
We pride ourselves on prompt and efficient customer service. Our goal is to
process repairs in one week or less. In order to ensure this quality of service,
we ask that all merchandise returned to JobSite Systems be accompanied by
a return authorization number. Prior to shipping any merchandise to JobSite
Systems, please obtain a return authorization number from your JobSite sales
representative or the JobSite service center department. Make sure you mark the
cartons clearly with the return authorization number. There will be a $20 minimum
charge on all items returned for service found to be problem free. All returns
must be shipped freight prepaid.
