WARNING:

 Always disconnect

your jigsaw from the power source when
replacing blades, tilting saw base,
cleaning or when not in use.
Disconnecting the saw will prevent
accidental starting that could cause
serious personal injury.

INSTALL VACUUM ADAPTER

To reduce the amount of loose sawdust
produced while cutting, a workshop vacuum
can be attached to the jigsaw by using the
vacuum adapter supplied with the jigsaw.

To install the vacuum adapter (1), align the
two locking tabs (2) with the matching slots
(3) in the rear of the jigsaw housing. Firmly
push the adapter into place (see Fig. 1).
Lock the adapter in place by turning it
clockwise.

INSTALLING BLADES

1.  Unplug your jigsaw from the power

source.

WARNING:

 Failure to unplug

your jigsaw from the power source
could result in accidental starting
causing serious injury.

2.  Insert the hex key (1) into one chip

shield slot (2) (see Fig. 2).

NOTE:

Use 3 mm hex key supplied to

loosen screws.

3.  Loosen both blade screws (3) and

insert saw blade (4) as far as possible
into the slot in the blade clamp (5).

NOTES:

a) Ensure blade is nested in the groove
in the support roller (6).
b) The holes in universal fitting saw
blades are not designed for alignment
with the screw holes in the blade
